Can a parent book and pay for a student's service?
Yes. Parents book, pay and receive service confirmations. Your student does not have to handle scheduling or payment.
What information do parents receive?
Scheduling and completion details for the service you purchased, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not report on your student's habits or belongings.
What can I do for my college student from out of state?
The three services parents most often buy remotely are a move-in reset before the room is unpacked, recurring cleaning during the semester, and laundry pickup during heavy weeks.
Is Dorm Maid available at my student's school?
Dorm Maid launches at UAB in Birmingham for Spring 2027. If your student's campus is not covered yet, join the waitlist so we can prioritize by demand.
Does someone enter my student's room unsupervised?
Access must be lawful and authorized, the service is scoped to your student's designated space, and crew members follow a written service and safety policy.
