Before / After Photos & Dorm Documentation

Recording before-and-after documentation is standard Dorm Maid™ procedure for every service.

Photographing and documenting dorm rooms, shared spaces, and service areas is also standard operating practice so we can verify quality, resolve disputes, and maintain a consistent record of the work performed.

Anyone who books as a Dormie must agree to this documentation as part of the service terms.

Dorm Maid™ does not post private photos, intimate images, or photos that identify the person of a student.

Any photos or recordings used for marketing, social media, or public display are limited to general room views, cleaned spaces, and non-identifying shots, and only where we have permission to share them.

Marketing and Public Content

Any photos or recordings used for marketing, social media or public display are limited to general room views, cleaned spaces, transformations and non-identifying content. Dorm Maid does not intentionally publish personal photographs, paperwork, identification, private communications, medication, financial information or other sensitive material.

Dorm Maid will not publish a customer's face, likeness or identifiable personal content for promotional purposes without appropriate permission or authorization.

Recording During Service

Dorm Maid's standard service documentation is separate from customer or third-party recording.

Customers, roommates, guests and visitors should not photograph, record, livestream or publish Dorm Maid personnel, another person, another person's belongings or private service activity without appropriate permission or consent, subject to applicable law and university policy.

Customers who want to film or share their Dorm Maid experience should contact the team first for the appropriate content permission process.

Children's Privacy

Dorm Maid is primarily designed for college students and adults.
