DORM MAID TERMS OF SERVICE

4. Bookings

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• University
• Residence hall
• Room information
• Service information
• Access instructions
• Special instructions

Dorm Maid may contact the customer before a service when clarification is needed.

5. Access

Customers are responsible for providing lawful and authorized access to the service location.

Dorm Maid personnel will not enter restricted areas or bypass security procedures.

If university or residence-hall rules require special authorization, the service may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

6. Service Availability

Dorm Maid does not guarantee immediate availability. Service capacity may be limited by:

• Staffing
• Campus rules
• Residence-hall access
• Holidays
• University schedules
• Weather
• Safety conditions
• Demand

7. Payment

Payment is required according to the pricing and booking terms displayed at checkout. Prices may vary by campus and service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide a reasonably safe service environment.

Customers must disclose conditions that could affect the safety of Dorm Maid personnel.

9. Prohibited Items and Conditions

Dorm Maid personnel may decline or stop a service involving unsafe, hazardous, illegal or prohibited conditions. Examples may include:

• Weapons
• Hazardous chemicals
• Biohazards
• Infestations requiring specialized treatment
• Dangerous animals
• Illegal substances
• Unsafe structural conditions
• Excessive hazards

10. University Rules

Dorm Maid services are subject to applicable university and residence-hall rules. University approval or participation may vary by campus.

11. Changes to Services

Dorm Maid may modify services, pricing, availability or membership benefits as the company grows. Material changes to recurring memberships will be communicated according to applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dorm Maid will use reasonable care in providing services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
