FAQ
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
How does student laundry pickup work?
Your laundry goes in a designated Dorm Maid bag labeled with your name, service date and order number. We collect it on your scheduled window, wash, dry and fold it, and return it to your room.
What about delicates and dry-clean-only items?
Identify delicates, dry-clean-only items and stain concerns at booking. Some items may be declined. Full terms are in the Laundry Policy.
Can parents pay for their student's laundry?
Yes. Parents can book, pay and receive service confirmations without coordinating through their student.
