After payment and booking are completed, the customer receives confirmation and can view their service information through their Dorm Maid portal.

GET READY
The customer receives any applicable preparation instructions so their dorm room, laundry, belongings, or service area are ready before the scheduled service.

SERVICE DAY
Dorm Maid arrives during the customer's selected service window and completes the scheduled service.

SERVICE DOCUMENTATION
Before-and-after service documentation is completed as part of Dorm Maid's standard service documentation practices, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

SERVICE COMPLETE
The customer receives completion information and can access applicable service details through their Dorm Maid portal.
