When should I book move-in service?
As soon as your housing assignment and move-in date are confirmed. Move-in week is the busiest window of the year and launch capacity is limited.
Do you clean before or after I unpack?
Before, whenever possible. A move-in reset is designed to happen on an empty or nearly empty room so surfaces are cleaned before your things go on them.
Can you set up the bed?
Bed setup is available as an add-on, along with organization add-ons for closet, desk and storage areas.
Can parents book move-in from out of state?
Yes. Parents book, pay and receive completion confirmation for the service they purchased.
