FAQ
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Do you clean the whole apartment or just my room?
By default we clean your designated space, which is normally your bedroom and your private bathroom. Shared kitchens, living rooms and common areas are add-ons so roommates are never billed for someone else's mess.
Can roommates each book separately?
Yes. Each roommate can book their own space, or one person can add a shared-space service for the common areas.
Is this different from dorm cleaning?
The standards are the same, but apartments usually include a private bathroom and more floor area, so scope and pricing are confirmed at booking and in the walk-through.
Do you serve off-campus student apartments in Birmingham?
Birmingham is our launch market for Spring 2027, including off-campus student housing near UAB. Availability is confirmed by address at booking.
