Your Dorm Maid service begins with clarity. Before we enter your space, we want you to know exactly what we're servicing, what we're taking with us, and what you can expect.
Service Scope
Each service will identify the student's designated service area before work begins.
For shared rooms, Dorm Maid services are assigned to the individual customer's designated area unless a shared-space service has been separately purchased.
- Bed / sleeping area
- Desk
- Personal surfaces
- Designated floor area
- Personal trash
- Approved personal items
Shared Areas
Shared areas are not automatically included in an individual service. Examples of separately priced areas may include:
- Shared bathroom
- Shared kitchenette
- Microwave
- Mini refrigerator
- Shared floor areas
- Common areas
The exact scope will be confirmed during booking or the service walk-through.
Service Walk-Through
When appropriate, Dorm Maid personnel may complete a service walk-through before beginning. The walk-through may confirm:
- Service boundaries
- Items being serviced
- Items being removed for laundry
- Special instructions
- Existing damage or concerns
- Access instructions
Customer Approval
Customers may be asked to confirm the service scope before work begins:
- “I confirm that the service area and requested services have been accurately identified.”
This acknowledgment appears on the Dorm Maid service walk-through form.
